autologiQ Award Winners

Niagara Falls, ON
The autologiQ team works daily to diligently serve the automotive service needs of Canadians. They recently took a well-deserved time away from the business to celebrate with adventure, camaraderie and accolades at the annual September get-together.
Team members and their families navigated the challenging terrain of Niagara Glen Trails, a fitting metaphor for autologiQ’s journey since its inception in 2021. Leading the charge in revolutionizing the automotive service industry, autologiQ proudly stands as the pioneer of the digital automotive experience.
What began as a single repair financing solution for one customer has now flourished into a comprehensive and dynamic vehicle management platform, serving over 18,000 clients by making vehicle maintenance and service both easy and affordable.
With more than 100 iQ Network partner facilities spanning five provinces, autologiQ has swiftly established itself as a formidable force in the automotive service market.
“Everything revolves around our purpose,” says CEO Jeffrey Newhouse, co-founder of the mechaniQ and autologiQ brands. “By helping vehicle owners extend the useful life of their vehicles, we save them thousands of dollars in depreciation and interest over the vehicle’s lifespan.”
autologiQ is on a mission to become the premier digital service provider in the automotive industry, driven by the innovation of their proprietary digital dashboard. This cutting-edge tool seamlessly connects vehicle owners with their virtual service advisor team and the physical shops that perform the services.
Co-founder and CTO John Brereton, along with Head of Platform Development Pramod Udiaver, leverage their extensive experience and past tech successes to craft a revolutionary system that redefines the automotive service landscape.
“But our success isn’t just about technology,” remarked President and Chief Growth Officer Michael Smolders, as he addressed the team gathered in the pavilion. “It’s about having the best people at autologiQ. We know you’re the best because you put our core values into practice.”
This year’s awards featured a “Core Values Award” voted on by team members, in addition to the traditional leadership-selected accolades. Moving forward, the individual who best embodies autologiQ’s core values will continue to be celebrated.
“Sam Mercanti, a mentor to our leadership and the successful entrepreneur behind CarStar Canada, always says that a winning company needs a Vision, Mission, and Values,” Smolders added. “These aren’t just words on a wall; they’re principles we live by in every task and client interaction and we are proud of assembling a team that shares these values.”
