The goal of the EasyCare Membership program is to help you extend the useful life of your vehicle by making sure you get preventative maintenance services on a timely basis. We want to keep your car running longer, safer, and more affordably.
EasyCare is Canada’s most complete car care membership — combining 24/7 roadside assistance, pre-paid service visits (oil change, tire rotation, and inspection), a live Vehicle Health Score, rental car discounts, and member advocacy on repairs, all in one annual plan. Each visit includes up to 5L of premium synthetic engine oil to a maximum value of $100. Any additional oil used based on your vehicle’s requirement will be charged to you on your invoice.
Yes — cancel anytime within 30 days if you haven’t used any services. When eligible, you’ll receive a prorated refund for unused time (minus applicable discounts or admin fees). Your membership auto-renews annually unless cancelled. If you cancel before your renewal date, you retain all benefits for the remainder of your paid period. To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
The Family plan gives your household 4 full-service visits per year — usable across any registered vehicle. You decide which car gets serviced at each appointment. Each visit includes an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. There’s no limit on how many vehicles you register in your household dashboard.
No. All payments are made digitally through your EasyCare dashboard. Paying a Service Provider directly may result in cancellation of your membership without refund, and you will lose access to future complimentary services.
Your vehicle can be towed to any nearest garage within 200kms, which will be counted as one (1) service. You may not ask for your vehicle to be towed to your home, unless in situations such as a late night where there are no garages/dealerships/repair shops open.
Once your vehicle has been towed to a garage, you may request for a tow from that garage to another garage, however, it will be counted as two (2) tows, and deducted from the total number of annual services allowed within the program.
However, request for a repeat service within 24 hours will be granted and will NOT go against the total number of annual service calls covered within the program. After the 24 hours period lapses, you will need to avail of the remaining services in the program or pay out of pocket, as the case may be.
