Your synthetic oil change will be completed at one of our authorized EasyCare professional service locations. Each shop is carefully selected to meet the highest industry standards and perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance that keeps your vehicle’s warranty intact. Please note that a surcharge may apply if your vehicle requires more than 5 litres of oil, uses a European or diesel engine, or needs a premium oil filter.

Your membership begins the day you sign up and runs for 12 months. It will renew automatically unless you:
Yes. If you haven’t used any services. When eligible, you’ll receive a prorated refund for unused time (minus discounts or admin fees). To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 5 business days before your renewal date.
Your membership includes up to 2 free synthetic oil and filter changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections per year (plan-dependent). All services must be completed at an authorized EasyCare location and booked through the EasyCare Virtual Advisor team.

Yes, but there’s a surcharge ($40–$80) for Euro synthetic oil and filters or diesel oil and filters.
