What to Expect at Your EasyCare Service Appointment?

Our purpose is to help you extend the useful life of your vehicle in a proactive, transparent and affordable way. To accomplish this, we have invested in advanced automotive technology and partnered with the best automotive shops in the country to service your vehicle. Here is what to expect at your next appointment.

DAY OF APPOINTMENT

1. Vehicle Drop-off​​

To help us take the best care of your vehicle, we ask that you drop it off in the morning and plan to leave it with us for the day.  This gives our team the time and flexibility to complete your service properly and get you back on the road with confidence.

2. Multi-point Inspection​​

Licensed technicians will perform a full inspection of your vehicle for safety and maintenance concerns.

3. Review & Authorize​​

Our Service Providers and your EasyCare Representative will review the inspection report with you and help you to prioritize maintenance and repair items.

4. Pay & Pick-up​​

You can pay through our secure online system or choose to apply for our EasyPay solution for as low as $11 biweekly.  We kindly ask that payment and vehicle pickup be completed at the end of the day once your service is finished. This helps us keep everything running smoothly and ensures your vehicle is ready when you arrrive.
